Policy of service and cancellation:

The driver will wait for customers with a sign / tablet indicating the name indicated to us:

at the exit of passengers in the arrivals hall after customs; 45 minutes of waiting allowed

at the train station:

15 minutes waiting time at the railway station at the place agreed with the booking office

at the Port:

on the quay where passengers are disembarked; 15 minutes of waiting allowed

in the City / hotel:

at the indicated place specified in the request agreed with the booking office.15 minutes of waiting allowed

Cancellation time:

The customer can cancel the booking by sending an e-mail to: info@bestserviceh24.it

up to 48 hours before the service:

no penalty provided

from 48 to 24 hours before the service:

50% of the total price of the requested service

24 hours before the service:

100% of the total price of the requested service
In case of delay of flight landing or train arrival time exceeding 2 hours in daytime or 1 hour in night time BESTSERVICEH24 has the right to demand a surcharge commensurate with the waiting time “available” of our driver

If the customer does no show up for the appointment with the driver, after the waiting time allowed by the landing of the flight or by the appointment, and without having received information from the customer, he will leave the station and the service will be fully charged

Any request for changes to already confirmed bookings (eg change in time, change of vehicle, route, duration) must be sent to the reservation center, by telephone, to the numbers:
